I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management and mental health support for individuals age 15 and up, including adults of all ages and older adults navigating cognitive or age-related changes. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and Alzheimer’s-related cognitive disorders, including mild cognitive impairment. My approach is grounded in informed care: I believe patients deserve to understand their options — not just be handed a prescription. I take the time to explain diagnoses, discuss evidence-based treatments, and involve you in every decision along the way. I’m also experienced in supporting patients with co-occurring substance use concerns, particularly when substance use overlaps with conditions like depression, anxiety, or mood instability.
